EMERGENCY CHECK-UP



We are open 24/7.



Step 1: upon arrival



Go to TRIAGE AREA



(Non-urgent)

Wait for the personnel to assist and get your information.

(Urgent)

Notify the personnel immediately.



Step 2: ASSESSMENT



Stay at TRIAGE AREA



-After an initial assessment, wait for the doctor to see and check up on you.

(The Doctor and nurse will then discuss the plan of care).

-Wait for a nurse to give instructions.



Step 3: PAYMENT



Cashier 2



-The companion will go to Cashier 2 to pay for the services requested by the Doctor.

-After the payment, the system will prompt different services (e.g. laboratories, x-ray department. & etc.). They will prepare and automatically cater you at the triage.



Step 4: RESULTS



TRIAGE AREA



-Once the result is complete, the doctor will immediately go back to you and explain everything.

-She/He might not or might give further instructions depending on the results of your laboratories.

-Wait for the nurse to complete the doctor's order.



Step 5: TREATMENT



Treatment Area



- The nurse will provide the care instructed by the doctor.

-Once treated, wait for the nurse to provide further instructions.






Step 6: DISCHARGE



Treatment Area



- Settle the balance to Cashier 2.

- Get the discharge instructions.

- Let the Clearance be signed by the Nurse and Security Guard.
