Neonatal Intensive Unit (NICU)

2. Not allowed inside the hospital:
- SMOKING
- Bringing electrical appliances (other than electric fan if needed)
- Liquors
- Sharp Objects
- Firearms
3. Only one companion is allowed inside the room.
4. Children easily contract communicable diseases in the hospital. You are advised not to bring your children below ten (10) years old.
5. Please settle your accounts before 5:00pm.
6. After 5:00pm, you will settle your account at the Admitting/Information. All payments should be made at the Pharmacy Department. Present receipt to Admitting staff and get your clearance.
7. Please take care of your valuables. The Hospital is not liable for any loss.
8. Letter of Authorization (LOA) for HMO/CAAP members is needed within 24 hours. Please contact or see your coordinator.
9. For Philhealth members/dependents, please inquire at Philhealth office (Groundfloor, Billing Section 8:00am - 5:00pm.)
